Every Roti’Soir meat main includes one free marinade, chosen by you to personalise the flavour of your beef, lamb or milk-fed veal.

Select from Spicy, Au Beurre, Curry, Provençale, Orientale, Tandoori, BBQ, Mint & Yoghurt or Mediterranean Pepper. Each marinade brings a different style, from bold and fiery to buttery, creamy, herby or smoky.

A marinade choice is required for every main, helping us finish your meat with the flavour profile you want before serving.
