Add an optional warm pour-over sauce to your Roti’Soir main for extra richness, comfort and flavour.

Choose from Peppercorn Sauce, Gravy Sauce, Mushroom Sauce, British Three-Cheese Sauce or Classic Cheddar Cheese Sauce. These sauces are ideal with beef steaks, lamb grill, milk-fed veal, ribs, bone-in classics, potatoes and rice.

Pour-over sauces are optional, so you can enjoy your main simply with its required marinade or add a sauce for a fuller, more indulgent meal.
